Any good hammer and chisel should do the job (lol).

Seriously though, why don't you just swing by your dealership's service dept. They'll take care of it in two seconds for you.

i used a small flat head screw driver to get all four tabs out and broke a tab in the process. and the bulbs in there are soldered on to a circuit board they aren't the same as the courtesy or license plate bulbs so i dont know if you still want to get it off.
