What is the best HID low beam bulb out there that produces brighter and farther output than OEM bulbs?

upgrade your ballasts from 35W to 55W. bulbs don't really make much difference.

there is really no "Best" bulb as you think there is..

its all in the projector..

factory bulb is good enough.. but if you like the ricey blue tint look, then go with philips bulbs.

you should look into tsx-r projector swap.
