Lighting Options

So I'm looking into upgrading my lighting, I have an LED driving light that looks good but functionality is limited. Headlight and fog lights are my primary right now. Just need suggestions and pics woukld be a HUGE help in the final decision. Thanks

HID fogs and a clear lens swap will greatly improve your night time visibility and will overall look better too.

Pictures of a headlight with a lens swap I don't have but imagine your headlights shooting a beam of light with a clear cut off line instead of the non-concentrated light it currently projects.

If you're having trouble seeing the road with the power the factory HIDs + fogs throw out, you need not to be driving at night....ever.

I have a 2010 and can see very well lol I just prefer a whiter/bluer light. As I mentioned I replaced the DRL with an LED that looks great but its hi-beam function (not that I really need it with the HID's) is lackluster

Are you getting full 12V power or 6V power?
I mean for the DRL are you getting full 12v power output of the CREE LED?

Not sure to be honest, I'll assume not full power, but like I said by day when just around town they look sick, but when I flick the highs they arent doing much but again havent really needed "real" hi beams for anything in a long time with HIDs. I would like to see my HIDs a tad bluer I suppose and might as well do the fogs too (either an equivalent or maybe yellow) Are you just running the CREE or do you have the others done as well?

I am not running CREE YET because my friend is modifying the housing since CREE tends to be very hot. He is modifying the heatsink and the resistor. I am running 18 SMD LED. When you brought your LED, did you also have a module and relay to give a full 12V power? If not then I don't know if you are getting full 12V.

This is what I have
Daytime

Night/Dusk

Module/Relay

Thats looks great, I did get the relay I'm going to guess maybe I'm just not getting full output. By day they look a lot like yours (which I really like) I think I'm just going to get the fogs and headlights upgraded my next weekend of free time. Spent all this last one in Cali with Mr.HeelToe getting J-pipe and the quad exhaust done (working on getting pictures)

Maybe re ground your negative wire. I have one member here said its not giving full power output/flickering LED. So I told him to find another area to ground the wire. Then he reply back and said it work ok now since he grounded the wrong area at the engine bay.

Well I guess it was just a fluke, left work and all was back to normal, I guess its good I didn't order anything. FYI found my package when I got the bulbs it was through IJDMtoy.com and pretty much identical to the ones pictured. I'm going to ride them out then get those CREE they look great, just going to find some better fogs first followed by heads. Of course this is all if I can resist lowering springs much longer. I have a photo shoot week after Halloween to showcase the wheels and new exhaust and all I can think is how clean a drop will make it lol

Low tech plug and play option = Hoen Endurance yellow fog light bulbs, stealth bulbs chrome front and rear signal bulbs. Or not, considering the hi-tech options already provided.
