Has anyone replaced the map, dome, or lower door lights with led lights? If so what size, or wedge size? If so can you post links to which site you have ordered from? Thanx

 

I have replaced the vanity mirror lights with LEDs from www.v-leds.com

Check the site and it will direct you to bulbs you will need.

 

The map lights are factory LEDs I believe. The door bulbs and license bulbs are replaceable with standard wedge LEDs. If you look in the footwell, there is an LED light already installed both passenger and driver side as well - drill or dremel out the diffuser cover to brighten them up.

Post #93 will show the LEDs for the vanity mirrors, trunk and license plate.

 

the door/courtesy lights use bulb size : 168 aka T10
the trunk uses: DE3022
And the reverse leds are :921 AKA T15
oh and we also have the center glove compartment light, the bulb for that is 74 AKA T5

Ive done all the lights in my car except for the vanity lights. thats my next mod..lol

theres a website called Dealextreme.com thats where i got all of my leds. super cheap and free shipping. light output isnt the best, you get what you pay for.

 

i did LEDs all the way around as well. Vanity, reverse lights, license plate, and blinkers. i did the under door lights and the trunk light blue.
Now my question is who figured out how to change the side mirror blinkers to LED lights?
