Don't know if anyone here works at a dealer who could tell me if I'm getting a decent price or not

heres the deal:

09 TL FWD w/ Tech
36 mo lease w/12k miles per year

trade in lease with 9 payments of 628.99 = $5660.91

rolling the lease payments of the trade in to the new car to offset that putting a total of $4,000 down.

Was not super preferred from honda financial got approved for a standard - preferred rate whatever that means

$729.00 a month!

I'm not completely shocked

well I think about it like this...im in essence adding $2,500 to the msrp of the car because of the negative equity from the trade plus my credit isnt the best so that jacks my price up a little bit...I don't have many other options

 

Your trade is killing you, I over paid for my AWD Tech TL and still only pay $699 a month for 39 months with 20K miles a year that I got in January.

 

I am not sure about your credit history, but this deal still doesn't sound like the deal.

 

Yea the trade is definitely killing me. Originally I was quoted $700. a month but the credit score drove it up to $729.
