i have a 2009 TL tech and my lease is due in april2012, i thought of maybe buying it out, lease a tl awd tech or go differnet brand,
i just wonder what are some people paying on tl awd tech and how much should i give down? i am paying too much for my 09 tl tech but i can manage it, or maybe give it in early

You probably won't get the best deals unless a new model begins, or the dealer is really eager to make a sale. For example the 11's had a $4000 incentive because the 2012 came out.

If you have positive equity on your current TL you can use that to your advantage.

62% residual for 10,000 miles annually.
61% residual for 12,000 miles annually.
59% residual for 15,000 miles annually.

4.08% interest rate (TSX leases are currently 2.208%)


Your credit rating and dealer discount will affect the rest...

Thanks for ur info, but I am looking in more what are people paying for a month and down payment wise., and when would be the right time to get one, shawd tech package, I probably will owe around $20k after lease is over on my current one with 12k year

There are too many variables that affect the final price you would pay on a lease. Residuals change, money rates change, dealer incentives change, etc, etc....

That said, here's a ballpark # for you.

MSRP $43,770
61% residual for 12k annual miles
current money rate is 0.0017 (4.08% interest rate)
dealer incentive $1,000.
$ 40,493. transaction price (per True Car website)
$2,000 down payment
$595 Acura bank fee rolled into payment

$455.96 monthly payment, add TTL

Payment would be lower if Acura increases the dealer incentive and/or lowers the 4.08% interest rate. It's 2.208% on TSX's right now.

Thanks dannyboy, I am looking to not pay more than $450 a month on tl awd tech and with $3000 out of pocket, if I can get that deal

If Acura lowers the interest rate to the TSX's current rate of 2.208%, your payment would be $406.64 plus TTL.

If Acura increases the dealer incentive another $1,000, your payment would be $426.48 plus TTL. Interest rate is 4.08%.

I have a question, planning to lease around March/April 2012 TL w/SHAWD and Tech Pack for 36 Months 12k mi, $0 Down, Tax in the Payment. Assuming it was now what would the ballpark be for this with NY tax (Westchester). Selling price as close to invoice as possible...
