Does anyone has in some Alldata or other specs for these two camshafts?
I've pulled mine out and would like to make a CAD model of it however since they are wrecked I can only get approximate measurements and almost impossible to measure lobe angles and splines on them, as they are asymmetrical
I'm entertaining idea that if there's enough interest I could probably have them made and sold for reasonable price so our J37's can run again for reasonable price
Good luck with the making.
Maybe it would be better to make a rockers?
I have access to cnc lathe and 4340 steel rods, that part is easy and if made in at least 50x series it can be cheap , what i don't have is the mill turn center or grinder to make the profiles , and I don't have measurements for lift and cam angles tables because this tangents need to be mathematically calculated .
i believe that's what P2R did to get his billet ones.
Rockers wouldn't be economical I don't think because they don't fail as often and are complex to make too, and not much demand for them.
Hardened 4340 steel wouldn't get eaten as easily as cast iron either

Good luck to you in this matter!
The rockers are eaten away together with the shaft and must be replaced together.
And they are very expensive, so replacing to J35Z6 is always the best option.
I'm taking my 2012 into the shop next week as it's making strange tapping noise most noticeable above 3k rpm. Is it well known that the cams were defective or is the thinking that oil starvation ruins it?
How much are we talking to get a new car and installed if you know?
If my car could last that long, I might be interested in a replacement.

This work makes sense if you do it yourself, because the shop will take 2-3k just for the labor.
