How to remove sunglasses holder

Does anyone know how to remove just the tray with folds down? I want to precisely add foam onto it..

have you tried dropping the sunglass holder and looking at the two screws that hold it down?

I managed to add the foam without removing mine and got rid of the annoying rattle noise my sunglasses made when I wasn't using them.

How about just adding a cleaning cloth or wrap a cloth around your sunglasses.

I use those non-slip liners for drawers to line the inside of the glasses holder, which works very well to rid rattles and noises.

Yes, I tried squeezing the holder as well as tugging it in certain angles but both failed.

I was able to add foam to certain parts and the rest I had to wait off because it was at a weird angle. Want everything to be perfect and OEM looking, want to line the whole holder with foam.
