How long to replace original grill with another?

i'm planning on getting the new A spec grill for my TL, and the little trim on the trunk A spec model also. It's a darker grill, and i think it'll suit my car a lot.

How easy are both pieces to remove and replace with another oem grill? or should i just have the dealer do it?

what about the trunk piece?

The back is very quick. 2 screws on each side is all you need to remove. The front takes longer. Probably took me 1 hour to replace the front grill. What's this A-Spec grill you are talking about? Any links? Pics?

trying to find the link. they had a black a spec at the 2010 montreal auto show, but i cannot find pics for some reason. looks amazing, kinda like a black chrome finish, very classy.

i ordered it, getting it tomorrow, hopefully it's the right one, and i'll mount it up asap and post pics with my shitty cam.

Nice. I'll be in MTL next week. Arriving Tuesday night, leaving Thursday afternoon. If you can be around Place Du Canada anytime around then I can bring my Camera gear with me.

Yea, that's the midnight chrome... only Acura Canada had enough balls to put on a lot of standard dealer add-ons and call it "A-Spec"

Here you go. No clue why it's called "Midnight Chrome". Maybe because it still looks like chrome even at midnight? Sorry for the crappy license plate do-over.

I picked the rear dark chrome piece up on ebay for $40 shipped. I'm going to do something to mellow out the front, but I think the rear chrome accent looks better than the painted one on the black.
