How to delete error messages

Hello I have bunch old messages, and I would like delete all. I did find another thread saying to hold down cancel, menu, map for 5 sec then once in setup you can delete from there. I tried it but cannot get in this menu.
I tried with engine running, and only in accessories on mode.
Am I missing something?
I have '13 TL type SH AWD W/tech

I can't say for certain since my experience is with a 2010 Tech but I don't see where you can DELETE ALL messages at once. I think you have to review/delete one message at a time. For me, the information is on the Owner's Manual under the AcuraLink section.

I don’t know if this is your situation but I read in my Owner’s Manual under deleting messages, “Diagnostic info and recall/ campaign messages can only be deleted by your dealer.”

this is one reply from another post i found
Try this and if there is a problem the message will come back, otherwise this worked for me and will you as well.

You'll need to evoke the diagnostic screen first, get in your car, turn the nav on, and hold down the "GUIDE", "MENU", and "CANCEL" buttons for about 5 seconds. The factory calibration screen will come up.

Then click on XM module, and you'll see the option to erase those messages. Believe it or not the diagnostic messages are stored in XM module.. dumb.

P.S. word of advice, be careful
