Help removing factory leather seat covers

Would anyone happen to know if there are instruction anywhere (maybe service manual) on how to properly REMOVE and INSTALL the Factory leather seat covers. Dealerships wants 800.0bucks to remove them. WTF.
Anyone know a source with step by step instructions? or anyone local wanna make a lil money and help me?

Another thing, this must be incredibly challenging because EVERY PERSON i call says 800.00 to remove seat covers. What the heck is involved that it costs so much!?

I don't think they're just covers like some aftermarket thing, they'd be sewn and fastened to the seat frames and hold the cushions in place. Sounds like it would be very time consuming to remove.

Front Factory Seat Covers required them to remove the seat. I had them replace the bottom seat bolster a while ago. I wish they did the side bolder too. Oh well...

My seat covers are grey coloured which looks nice with a dark navy car but the upkeep is a lot of work.

I see that you're in Toronto, I'm curious as to where you got this done. My side bolster for the driver seat just keeps getting worse and worse to the point where its bothering me now.

If you don't already have the service manual:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/lmhmpo...TL_SM.pdf/file (the seat cover info would apply to all 09-14's too)

Instructions for the Front Seat-back Cover Replacement starts on page 20-148, and eventually gets into removing the clips and velcro fastners to peel the cover off.

Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement starts on 20-153.

For the bottom bolster, I had it done a dealer, they needed to take out the seat. I bough the cover awhile back and then had them install it later.

Suuuuppppeeerrr easy. Thank u

I can do this myself. I just needed to know service manual page number. Not just for this model any car the seats will have to be taken out of the car to remove the covers. They are held in place by Velcro and hog clips. Awesome. Thanks guys! I’m working with a custom leather seat cover company to get a template made. Once it’s made I’ll let u guys know.
