Have you downloaded the factory service manual? That's the best DIY you can get

If you google Acura TL front cv joint replacement, you will see a number of videos that show how to do this for various Hondas and Acuras. You should be able to get a good idea of what you are getting into if you are trying to DYI.

What year is your TL, if it is a 2012 there is a parts issue that will probably make you have to buy OEM CV joints vs after market.

thanks, I have a 2014. I searched and most of them are all 3rd gens TLs. Is the 2nd gen MDX cv the same 4th gen TL? If so, I found this video.
