CV Boot/Axle Replacement

My drivers side cv boot is torn, so i was going to replace the whole axle.

I dont have to remove the intermediate shaft and have transmission fluid leak all over do i?

94-97 4cyl accord axles should work right?

any tips from DIYers

Thanks

I believe this is what you're looking for as far as a DIY:

i replaced my driverside axle and now i have clicking when turning right......

before my outter boot was torn with no clicking, now with replacement axle, good boots and clicking.

Is there anything i could have done wrong when installing it, or is it a bad remanufactured axle?

i thought it was as easy as detach the old one from the hub and half shaft, then re insert it in the half shaft and hub. am i missing something?

could either be a bad axle or you put the left side axle on the right side
