I am looking to replace the grille on my 09 TL Tech, could you post the instructions you have on how to remove the grille, possibly? Did it work out for you fairly easy? Thanks.

its not hard, just keep pulling on the sides, it will pop off if you have all the clips off, dont be scared.

Somewhere on the forum there is a pdf file that contains the instructions for removing the front bumper and replacing the grill. I looked but was unable to find it. Maybe Petec or Gunner X know the location. I'll look again later. You'll need the instructions.

I'm a mechanical klutz but with the instructions I was able to remove and reinstall the bumper and grill and If I can do it anybody can. My car is a 2010 and from my experience I would rent a car for a couple of days rather than driving a bumperless TL around for a couple of days. A lot of stuff comes off the car with the bumper and your engine is somewhat exposed.

Btw, there was some stuff about removing the bumper on an 08 on you tube that helped a lot.
