Since I'm a second owner, should I tell those people at Dealer to reflash the ECU on my car?

I read some posts here and some said I should take to Dealer and tell them to reflash the ECU so the ECU could relearn my driving style. I'm not a maniac driver by the way.

Reflash ECU or disconnected (-) Negative Cable, are they the same?

I've just disconnected Negative cable and I couldn't tell the different.

 

the car learns you. it has already learned you.
dont worry about reflashing or resetting. you dont need it.
