Dropped a screw when changing air filter

Hey guys... so I'm pretty mechanically incompetent and was wondering what exactly the metal tube in-front of the battery (right up against the front of the engine bay) led to. It has a flimsy plastic piece on top of it. I was removing the screws from the air filter cover and one of them dropped in there. I was wondering what should be done about that / potential issues that could come from it. Thanks!

Attach a magnet to a stick and fish it out of there

That is the Duct that leads to the Air Filter Housing. It goes downward and make a U Loop up to the Box that you installed the Air Filter .

Like "Dopeboy 1 " suggested, try fishing it out with a Magnet. Make sure the Magnet is attached securely.

It is a fair bit of work to disassemble that, including battery / battery tray removal.
