Question Does anybody know how to program 4th Gen TL Smart Key???

When I purchased My TL it only came with one Smart Key I definitely need a spare. I haven't received it yet but I gripped one on Ebay for the $30. I can't seem to find any DIY instructions online or in here for the 4th Gen. So am I limited to getting slapped by the dealer to accomplish this? Any suggestion or redirects would be appreciated.

I would think they would need an already recognized key in order to program the second.

its the car that sends the signal to the key, not key to key.

yes but if anyone can just copy keys by themselves, thieves would be rich.. this is why they have FOB keys and not actual keys anymore.
