Do TL seats have a module under seats?

Do TL seats have a module under seats?
I'm wanting to install some nice 2010 TL seats in my street rod project. Does anyone know if the seat just needs power and the ground? If not is there a old school year/model that is that simple to adjust seats without a car module / computer.
