Crooked exhaust

I just noticed that on my new 2012 TL sh-awd manual the passenger side exhaust tip hangs much lower than the driver side. Anyone else have this issue? Should the dealer fix this?

The dealership can fix minor exhaust-tip height differences.

my driver's side exhaust is tilted more then the passenger. Dealer tried to fix it and said it was much better but it is still the same. It has to do with how straight the muffler tip is welded on.

Try loosening the bolts at the various joints of the exhaust plumbing, rotate the whole thing in such a way as to lower the high side and to raise the low side. Then re-tighten everything back.

This method will only allow minor adjustment, but sometimes minor adjustment is all it takes to level out the two exhaust tips.

I have an appointment to have this addressed on my 2012 tomorrow, I have seen a similar post where the dealer took care of it a while back. My passenger side is lower than the driver's.

Same side on mine. Looking through the photo gallery, I see that most TL's have the same issue. It's not a huge difference between the sides, but it is noticeable. My car is going to the dealer on Wednesday for a unrelated issue, and I will be bringing this up to them.

Ask Chuck to fix it for ya:

Common issue that has been posted here before. Simple fix at the dealer. Mine curves a little to the right (your left). Never got it fixed.

The weekend before last I had a 2012 TL as a loaner. Glad I snapped a few pics because looking back, it does indeed look as if the passenger side is lower:
