Like I told before, all 2009 TLs stands too high. All of them need a drop and good wheels. Then we can talk about Acura TL.

They must be replicas because BMW's bolt pattern is 5x112 vs ours 5x114.3. Unless the new TL changed the bolt pattern to same as BMW's.

The eBay ad says they're made by MC Design Tek and the '09 TL (and RL and '07+ MDX) bolt pattern is 5 x 120mm, so yes, those are replicas.

Replicas or not, damn that looks tasty...especially if the grille frame and rear trunk lip were painted Yeah and probably a slight drop...

Boy, the sideview of the M6 looks terrible.....no wonder Bimmers are going through a Bangle "de-tox" right now.

The wheels look good. The grille on the TL needs to be painted. I like some of the paint jobs I've seen on this side. It's just too much chrome.

So the new TL's have the bolt pattern of 5x120....

the possibilities of getting NICE wheels are really high for this car...

Now they can buy used BBS's/hre's/dpe/iforged/encruez from BMW owners!!!

lucky bastards.

To each his own, but they look ridiculous IMHO...especially without a drop i.e...

Mudflaps...ugh...
Tiiiiiiinnnnny brake discs...soo exposed with those wheels...
Huge gap in the wheel well...

Looks more like a rail-car than a road-car...

To me, it looks rather silly. Obviously, someone is trying to make this TL look like a "M6 fighter"....what's next, a fake "V8" badge?

Is this a confirmed fact, i.e., that the 2009 Acura TL (& TL SH-AWD) bolt pattern is 5 x 120 mm?

I have read a lot of speculation on this site about this but noone (to my knowledge) had actually verified.

I know for a fact that the offset is +55 but have been waiting to hear on the bolt pattern before I order aftermarket winter tires/wheels.

Thanks.

Hottest black 4G to date!!!!

I'm anxious to see one with wheels, no wheel gap, and the front/rear apron add ons and side skirts.

Which Brembos are you talking about, the 3G TL's Brembos? If those are M6 rims it should also have brakes that require a lot of clearance so it should fit over the TL's Brembos too.

M6 wheels for sure. Not a bad match up imo. Blacked out grill/rear shield, drop, aspec kit, would do the car wonders!

...I wonder if anyone's given thought to color matching those reflectors?

Nope, BMW is 5x120.

Acura should hire BMW to design their wheels.

And most likely those are rep's. There are a ton of them floating around and can be had for about $800-1000 a set.

I am convinced that I wouldn't change my mind for this particular design...I am not anti BMW, I do love the 3 series and I would certainly drive one no problem, but this particular design is horrible!! I don't care how well she cooks, if she is ugly, I am taking her home!!

Pete,

I need to come to Chicago for the New Year's Day hockey game between the Blackhawks and the Red Wings at Wrigley Field and see your car! I tried to get tickets online tonight and can't find anywhere to do it. I'm a HUGE Blackhawks fan-I have been for years. As a matter of fact, I'm a goaltender myself and play in all 4 Blackhawk jerseys.

Interesting, how did you become a Blackhawks fan? (As far as the hawks are concerned, disappointing season so far after all the hype....hope the new coach will make a difference). That Wrigley game is gonna be something else!
