Air Filter: Keep or Replace?

Here's the air filter from my 2009 TL SH-AWD. At 25k miles, and my MID said it's time to change it.

Keep or replace?

Change it. While your at it, you probably need another cabin filter too.

^^^ Agreed. That is what I have in all my cars. Whenever it looks dirty, I was it. Good as new.

If you have to ask, then it needs to be changed.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I just replaced the old one with a K&N 33-2403 Panel Air Filter that can be washed and re-used. Took less than 5 minutes.

According to the K&N FAQ (link), I'll only need to wash the new filter if the accumulated dirt covers the wire screen of the air filter. Pretty painless.
