AcuraCare or Not??
I am approaching 6,000 miles on my TL. I am torn as to whether or not I should buy the AcuraCare warranty. Under normal circumstances I would not consider it, but I have the tech package and there certainly is a bunch of stuff that could fail.
I am looking for the 96 month / 100,000 mile plan with zero deductible. The best price i got was $1,250. That works out to be $312.50 a year for the additional four years of coverage. Not sure if it is worth it or not.
Thoughts??

100% worth it......
The acuracare warrenty gives you a loaner and is 500X better then any 3rd party warrenty. They fix everything with no questions asked.. for that PRICE i dont know who would not buy it if they plan on holding on to the car for that long!

Where did you get that quote from?
I've got 3500 miles on my 2010 TL, and am also thinking about if I should get it or not. I'm keeping this car until at least 100k miles, but it's an Acura, and they are extremely reliable... not sure if I should get it.
I was quoted $1465 for an 8yr 100k mile warranty from 2 diff places, Bernardi and Curry, where did you get that quote from?

My car is 2009 - Bernardi. Perhaps that is the price difference. The first quote I got was over $1300, but then I pressed her to do better and she came down to $1250. I have not pulled the trigger yet, but I think i am going to just go ahead and buy it for peace of mind.

Got mine from Bernardi last October. 6 years/120k, $1150. Got it through their website but no more since Acura/Honda told its dealers no more extended warranties through websites.
