^^ Sorry to hear about your problems. That is not a very common occurrence and I am confident that your dealer will be able to help you very quickly. Although it appears like a significant or catastrophic failure, it often is something trivial and because all these system are interconnected, one problem can often trigger a few other alarms in the process.
Keep us posted but I am sure that once the issue is solved, you will return to a very well built and solid vehicle.

I'm assuming its still under warranty? Probably be like a brand new car after they fix it. I know several dealerships around my area take cars in trade all the time with known issues, but they don't fix them until the car sells. I traded in a 2000 GTP in 2006 that had a fried PCM and bad fuel pump. They sold the car 3 days after I traded in still broken. The new owner paid the dealer asking price to include the repairs...

I have my appointment set up for tomorrow morning - I bought the car from an Audi dealership 17 days after the car was traded in (got the car at $1500 above what they paid) from a lease.
The car is under warranty and I bought extended warranty - therefore, I know the problem will get fix. Just a little bum that all of this happen so suddenly – as an update, as I turn on the car today in the morning the Check Engine light and immediate prompts where gone. I still have the “messages” so the dealership can check, hopefully it’s something small – maybe resetting the computer small?
I will let you guys know what the dealership tells me tomorrow.
... And thanks for welcoming to AZ! Look forward to learning more and more about this bad boy from you guys! J

First thing I would do is to check the battery.

^^ See, told you that one stupid thing can trigger a few other codes
I am glad to see that things are fine and that you have found the love for your Acura once again

so it seems like i did a horrible job checking/inspecting my tl - dont get me wrong, i love the car .. but as i look into the car more and more i find little things (i should expect this since its a used car from a lease return)...
anyways, earlier today during my lunch at work, i decided to pop the hood and to explore the engine.. in particular HOW to remove all those plastic layers covering most of the engine- should had you tube first... my goal was to check the air filter ...
my car has 23k and i am assuming this was never change and wanted to verify before i order a k&n reusable filter --- nevertheless, my battery post had corrosion and red/pink residue all over the negative post (could not see the other post due to the plastic)... i am looking at the manufactory warranty and i think this is cover for the dealership to either replace the terminal and/or the battery --- can i please get confirmation i got this right before i drive to a local acura dealership?
thanks!

After that incident, the car is fine. I got my battery replaced as there was corrision on the black (negative ? ) terminal under warranty. Trust me, I maximize the warranty of cars even if it is the most stupid thing i take it in for them to fix/replaced. I am actually going to call Acura (or visit them at their Torrance, CA building - about 20min aways from me) to see if i can get a new key as I am not "happy" with how easy they peel.

Good Thread.
I bought my '12 Tl-SH AWD Tech (29k) as a CPO and within a day, I heard a whistling noise coming from the car above 30mph. I also had a blemish on the hood and I complained to them about it. Turns out, the whistle noise was a bad drive shaft (entire thing replaced) and they repainted the entire hood (turns out to be either bird crap or an egg that baked into the paint). My car has an extended 6yr, 72k bumper to bumper warranty and a 7 yr 100k warranty on the transmission. I would take the car in for every little thing and make sure to utilize the warranty in full.
I got an amazing deal on the car. About 6k below its value.
