2012 TL tail lights?

I have a 2009 Acura tl sh-awd and want to change my tail lights to the 2012 tl. Do these tail lights fit my 2009 Acura tl ? Many Places and vendors have told my no.

yes, they are same tail lights just different color in the inside..

they will fit 09-2012
