2012 tl side mirror, can anyone help?

2012 tl side mirror, can anyone help?
The passenger side mirror outside the thing piece of plastic that covers the actual flashing light cracked is it possible to just change that or the whole back casing has to change?

bend the mirrior up

look through the bottom corner through the gap of the mirror and the housing.

find the screw

use a long screw driver

unbolt.

reassemble in reverse order.

Or, just put a peice of clear packing tape over it and let the next owner/dealer spend the money.
