2012 TL SH-AWD whining sound

So I have a 2012 Acura TL Type SH with about 110k. I just bought it at the end of July.

There is a whine that almost sounds like a belt that starts right as a go above 15 MPH, and stops when I drop below 15 mph. The sound doesn't intensify, change pitch or tone as speed increases, or RPM increase/decrease. Starts at 15 mph, and stops below 15 mph.

It's fairly faint, and my wife with super hearing only noticed it when I pointed it out to her. Just drives me crazy.

Any thoughts?

To add on, it doesn’t seem to be prop shaft, as the noise doesn’t change with speed increases. Just started at 15 mph, and stops below 15 mph.

Check your trans fluid level and make sure it's changed regularly! You can also check and see how the brake pads are, if they are low or worn the squealer tab will touch the rotors causing a god awful racket. Other than that, there isn't much we can diagnose without more info. Was the 105K Timing belt and water pump service done? Oil consumption repair or factory engine?

brakes are new on all 4 corners, and I am doing a 3x3 change next week. Timing belt and water pump were dealer replaced before I bought it.

could be one of the brake calipers sticking or a dust shield bent in such a way on the brakes that it causes a whistle.

to be honest mine has a similar wine. it gets less noisy when I change fluids. Did a 3x3 Flush. Did Transfer case, Rear Differential and oil...it gets more fait but doesnt go away. Dealer says they hear nothing. NO codes. Maybe im crazy. Nonethless, dirty trans fluid can cause a whine....very high pitch....

also perhaps alternator...mine went out....could also be noisy tires....some aggressive styled treads can make humming whiney sounds. Also could possible be a very dirty Cabin Air filter. Since air cant pass through it forces air around edges and makes wind through window type howl...just thinking out loud here
