2012 tl

Local dealer has a 2012 TL, SH, Tech, AT. with 6K on it for $30,899. Stated it was a demo car, loaded. What is a fair price for this automobile in your opinion? It is certified to 100K mi. Thanks.
Bill C.

Hmm, the warranty sounds like it is worth it, but I never liked demo cars as they tend to get beat up a bit. But at that price....

Have 50k on my Press car. Pretty sure they beat the shit out of it on the track in Sonoma. Not a lick of trouble.

A demo Tl would be fine as long as it's CPO to 100k miles. Not a bad price!

That's a great price! I would just try to get some extras thrown in like rubber mats, body side molding, or tint.

BillC, I am a newbie so no expert on prices. However I was deliberating between a base model for 26.5K versus a CPO tech (loaner car) for 31K. (Started a thread here too - https://acurazine.com/forums/4g-tl-2009-2014-123/what-would-you-do-cpo-tech-etc-879618/)

I was reluctant to make an offer to the dealer for 29.5K for the loaner CPO tech thinking it was too low (I also have to pay $500 for delivering the vehicle from out of state, which brings the price up to 30K).

That said, I would JUMP on the offer you got for a SH-AWD , Tech, CPO!! Heck, if you decide to not get it then let me know the dealer name and the vehicle

Good luck!

I just read my post and realized I made a mistake with the price of the car. It is $ 39,800, not $30,800. I couldn't understand why the members that responded thought it was a good price - DA!
! Public school education, what can I say?
The dealer is Acura of Peabody in Peabody, Ma. They have a web site, again sorry. Bill C.

I got a new 2013, SH-AWD, Tech for less than that. Not certified to 100k, if that's still applicable, but still.

According to Kelly Blue Book, this car as a CPO is worth $38,793.

Ditto, I find it hard to trust those numbers as they never line up with real world numbers.

The price is too high. With the 100 k warranty I would think it should be around 36k max 37.

39k is too much for a car that has been beat on ... bring the price down to about 35k, its what i paid for a brand new 2012, it seems acceptable to pay the same for a demo with 100k warranty atleast in my head since its a 2013
