2012 Acura TL Passenger Window Issue

Hello, as you can see by the video my passenger window is having issues. It’s capable of going up and down but seems to go up extremely slow. If the window is put ALL the way down it won’t go up at all and I have to trying and grab it and pull it up manually. Any idea what’s going on here?

My driver's side started doing this too. It's much worse in cold weather, sometimes I have to pull the window up.

take a plastic card (old debit/credit/giftcard) and a towel around it and clean the channels the windows ride in. Grease with Honda Shinetsu grease and you'll notice a huge improvement.
