I'd take the prices you've seen with a grain of salt until due diligence is thoroughly done. In fact I'd take the op's prices with a grain of salt. After 5 years he'll have paid 41k + for the car.

That then doesn't seem like such a screaming deal. However, if he takes care of the car he could get 50% of the original purchase price like I did on a 6 year old TL which makes for a much more substantial down payment on the next car.

To think, I was almost a resident of Oregon a few months ago...but Rufus, OR was not all that appealing to me.

lol. I have no idea where Rufus is but I can tell you that Portland is not all that appealing to me...which is why I'm moving back to SoCal. Poor Portland is unsustainable because it and the state of Oregon are so anti-business. I'll be paying less in taxes there. This ties into my point about seemingly great deals. Oregon...no state taxes. But property taxes are crushing. They tax/charge a fee for everything else and....pity small businesses and people making above a certain level as we've been targeted to pay above the usual tax rate because we're small businesses and make some money. Nobody else in the state has to pay any more in taxes. Just us. Props. 66 & 67.

The op seems to have found the Mother Theresa's of car dealers. They open the doors, turn on the lights, keep inventory, pay salaries, and then don't make any margin on a car.

Look I'm pretty much a moron at business and even I know that's not realistic or sustainable.

With $6k down I am paying $590 a month. A few bucks more than the G37x.
Is this correct...$590 for 60months after 6k down?

No it is not:
It is $590 after $5k down.
If I recall correctly it was $530 after $6k down.

But with .0% I went with the $5k.

Here some feedback after driving the TL for a week:
I can honestly say that I made the right choice! I love this car!

And so does my GF, who drives a BMW 328iX
