does anyone have issues with the clutch grabbing wierd? Clutch is brand new with the exedy replacement clutch and pressure plate. Flywheel was resurfaced be a machine shop. Has 100 miles on new clutch and it's almost hard to drive seems like it's always grabbing in different spots and it almost feels hard to get used to it. I feel like I have to ride the clutch. I know how to drive Manual transmissions this car is making me feel like a newb. Lol any input?

I find it a hard clutch to really shift smoothly with. I found taking my foot off the gas before depressing the clutch helps a bit with the Rev overhang and helps smooths things out a bit. My 2003 cl-s is easier to shift smoothly. Shifts smoother when engine warmed up.

I found the clutch grab surprisingly high when I bought mine as well. I definitely had to get used to it over the course of a couple months. I had it replaced by acura due to an oil leak and found it was still pretty much the same.
Let of the clutch a tad, hold, steadily increase the gas, then continue letting out the clutch. If I don't hold the clutch a bit the revs will either tank and I stall, or I use enough gas but when the clutch fully engages the car shoots forward.
Its weird but you get used it.

The bite point is definitely high. Even on the CL it is high...don't know if this is just a Acura thing. There is also that valve in the TL clutch system that makes these clutches a bit more difficult to figure out. If I understand correctly, the valve is there to help the transmission out so it doesn't look get hit with a lot of force all of a sudden when you let the clutch out.
