Having a couple phone & CarPlay related issues/"undocumented features" in my 24 Advance that is about 3 weeks old. I've successfully paired both my and my wife's iPhones to use wireless CarPlay. I'm wondering if others have experienced these or this is just how Acura CP works (this is our first Acura). Here's what we're experiencing:

1. New text messages aren't announced (and no notification of new messages) for wife's phone. She is connected via CP, and all Siri and CP settings on her phone are identical to mine. Works fine for me.

2. If her phone is connected via CP, and she accesses FaceBook or some other social apps, and we're listening to FM radio, the radio stops. Have to turn off/on the radio to resume. We understand that audio on the phone may temporarily suspend audio via CarPlay but it's FM radio so I would think this should be unaffected.

3. These have annoyed my wife to the point of re-pairing her phone to use Bluetooth only. But after doing that, we've seen that the car will disconnect her & connect to my phone via CP if it's in proximity. For example, she pulls into the garage & her phone was connected, the car will connect via CP to my phone then start playing whatever audio is currently playing on my phone.

It's going into the dealer for these & a few other minor things, including the walkaway tailgate closing not working, dash/display rattle, AC freon check due to relatively poor cooling (read much discussion here & on Acurazine on this).
