I'm due for A137 service (Oil, Transmission Fluid, Brake Fluid)... can anyone tell me where there transmission fluid fill plug is for a 2022 MDX Type S? We've owned only Hondas and Acuras for the last 20 years, and while I'm know mechanic, I've always at least done my own service. Normally, I use a flashlight looking down from the top of the engine to locate the plug, but I'm not seeing anything. I've tried to do some Google and YouTube searching, and I'm coming up empty. And, the owners manual states "do not try this on your own". So, maybe I just have to accept that this one is beyond my skillset, but i figure I'd check here before giving up.

 

The Acura TLX Type-S and MDX are essentially the same drivetrain for the turbo V6 and 10 speed AT. Here is a excellent video that shows where the fill, check, and drain plugs for the 10AT. It also shows the Acura/Honda ATF OEM fluid. definitely a job where a transfer pump is very helpful.
