i recently refused the transmission fluid change recommended with A123 service (about 80000kms). They wanted $700 . Should i get it changed??

 

yes you should get it changed, however, you could get it changed for MUCH MUCH cheaper.

remember, the fluid properties will wear out with heat and time...so, if you want your transmission to last a long time, you should def. change it out with some fresh fluid

 

Check the price for the trans service at a Honda dealer.

 

Yeah, Honda probably charges 200 for the tranny fluid. Had a CRV serviced last year.
