I would like to share my recent A-Spec deal with everyone. Hope it helps or at least gives some additional information for leasing or purchasing non-type S trims.
There is no special incentives for leasing and the base MF is 0.00146 (3.5%).
I cannot find invoice price for $61,745 MSRP, but for $61,145 (silver exterior) it is $57,497.
Loo like in NYC area invoice or below invoice selling price is a easy, no negotiation deal.
thank you for sharing what you paid. I am looking at purchasing a 2023 MDX Advance. MSRP is $63,500 and either dealers do not put their prices up or they are asking $65,150. I can wao t a while before they drop their prices. My RX only has 52k miles so I am in no rush.

They also gave me the first and second row Aspec winter mats and cargo tray.
Not sure if that is a good deal but it was a good deal better than the quotes I received last year.
wow you scored. In WA, I see all the dealers list 2023 MDX Advance at MSRP $65195. Google shows MSRP at $63500. They must be selling well in the Seattle area.
I was just coming to ask about what deals people are getting on leases, I'm specifically looking for a Type-S non-advances or Advanced in SoCal. Thanks.
The deal before me (we are still considering) is Advance with White exterior, MSRP including shipping is $65,295. They will let it go for $61,500. Lease with zero down is $895/month for 36.
MSRP for ‘23 MDX Type-S Advanced and 10% off the two accessories I wanted (running boards and illuminated door sills) here in SoCal. Took delivery last day of March.
Bumping this to see if anyone has any updated pricing/deals in the Midwest. It appears there's a Jersey/East Coast broker who is offering up to 7.4% discounts on the MDX, but there's no way any of the Midwest dealers are doing that - at least none that I've talked to.
Anyone have any recent information in the Midwest?
The northeast broker (AronchiAuto) has access to MDX Techs, A-Specs and Advances for 7.3%-7.4% off of MSRP - that's pre-rebate. He services NY, NJ, PA, CT - and he will assist with shipping to further locations. I've tried, unsuccessfully, to get Midwest dealers to come anywhere close to 7% off of MSRP and they all just laugh at me. On our 2020 MDX SH-AWD Base, we put nothing down and leased it at 36 months, 12,000 miles per year and we're paying $425 includes tax. Now everyone is coming at me with $750+ per month on a similar 2023 deal. I just can't do it mentally.
Just got this deal today at Pohanka Acura in Northern Virginia 350 miles away i'm in Connecticut and no dealer near me could come close. Original sticker price was $64695 then if u click the e-price they are selling at $59945. was able to get $1000 off for having a 2013 or newer BMW, $1000 off for prior military and $500 off for recent college graduate which put the price to $57445
2023 MDX Advance Package
8 miles
Sales price: 57445 Processing fee: 899 Taxes: 4817.32 Out of state tags: 350 Balance: 63511.32
I was able to negotiate a 2024 MDX Advance down to 60,400 + TTL. I was actually in the market for a 2023 but this dealer didn't have the exact color combo we wanted. So after mentioning I was going to see if another dealer ~25 miles away had it, he offered me that deal on the 2024. I asked him to throw in all weather mats for 1st, 2nd and 3rd row and once he agreed, we had a deal. Took delivery last week

I'm in the same place. Even with more discounts than a few months ago and rebates the best offer I'm getting for a 36/7500 lease is over $700 for a 2023 A Spec. Local dealers break out in hives if I ask for anything over a 6$ discount. For inventory that's been sitting for months. Extending my RDX lease looks better every day.
First Post Joining the MDX Club - just sold my 2011 TL SH-AWD, we've had since new.
Purchased CPO - 10K miles
2023 MDX Tech - $49K + TTL - added heated steering wheel, came with full tint and front clip 3M clear protection. Tried to get them down to $48 but they weren't going to budge. Almost walked as there was another one down the road with less miles but decided we wanted to buy from acura and get the CPO warranty.
I feel OK about the purchase because they wanted so much more for a new 2023 or 2024. But, can't believe the advanced package doesn't have heated steering wheel, cooled seats, heated rear seats, and 360 camera. My Ford has all but the 360 camera and its 7 years old... I know those are on the Advance package but couldn't justify almost $20K for those features.
... plus ceramic coating, doc, reg/tags and sales tax. Total out the door $74,600.00
I wasn't happy about the SmartShield ceramic coating $1.3k charge which was not mentioned until I walked in to take delivery lol. But, I got another $550 off the previously agreed deal and the premium Type S mats thrown in as a "gift". So effectively the ceramic coating was $550. I thought OK, let them have it. The car had 6 miles on the odo fresh off the truck (no test drives) and was not gonna ruin the deal for a few bucks. They also gave me the full CarMax (same as KBB) offer for my Honda Accord Hybrid Touring trade in, which means I effectively drove it for four years for $175/mo!

The MDX Type S is fantastic!
Whoa, that's quite a Jump form the Accord Hybrid to a MDX Type S. Congrats - looks like you made a great deal!. I have a 22 MDX Advance (the Type Ss were not out yet in August 2021 [leased]), with a Buyout of $38,500 in August 2024. With onkly 16.5K miles on it now, probably will be about 21K on the clock in August. Similar to when I had a 2019 MDX, the flurry of offers to Trade In will be forthcoming in the early Spring. My MDX will have "equity" for sure (est. at $46,000 trade in - $38,500 buyout = $7,500). I would be tempted to go for a new 2024 Type S? Or simply take my MDX at tghe Buyout price, take a small loan (?) for 36 months [will depend on the interest rates at that time - opefully they dip considerably). I am tempted by the extra Features and the extra Power of the Type S, however, at 72 YO, retired on a fixed income, no real need for a 3 Row SUV, gives me Pause on that decision. Although it's sacreligious to consider a different SUV or CUV, the 2024 Honda CRV SDport Touring Hybrid is "winking" at me for consideration. The hardest pill to Swallow will be the "Trade Down" to a lesser Vehicle (no Cooling Seats, Don't care about Panoramic roof, No Power Steering wheel adjuster with Entry and Exit feature, no Light Show in the interior, and the overall very comfortable seating of the MDX and the Excellent Stereo System , but I won't Miss the TTIP !).
BTW, When I leased my MDX the deal was : $3500 "equity" + $1000 Loyalty monet offered by Acura on the trade in of my 2019 MDX Advance with lower than prescribed mileage due to Stay At Home policy in March 2020 [no more 90 miles daily commutes factored into the 19's lease with 18K miles per year in June 2019], + $2,500 add'l cash toward the $62,000 MSRP (no discounts whatsoever) Plus Delivery Rip Off Charge of $1500, yielding a $610 monthly payment on a new 36 month lease with 10K miles per year. I was able to obtain 4 Free oil Changes form the Dealer. The Buyout as quoted above is $38,500. The $2500 add'l monies on my part went toward the Taxes up front, Regi/ Title fees, & the AFS bank fee. BTW, I shopped 3 Dealers - Curry Acura in Scarsdale NY made the best deal, with all things equal resulted in a savings of about $45 per month form the next best deal offered. Tier 1 Credit Helps that cause.
