Anyone having problems with AcuraLink remote starting the car with it saying “make sure in good coverage area”?

 

Mine says the same think. I have opened a case with Acura and have been waiting over a month for resolution. The vehicle is in good coverage area and has works in the past at the same location. When I press the link button on overhead console the call does not go through. The RDX is not talking to the outside world...

 

I didn’t have problems with my RDX but it’s been over 6 months with no resolution. It never works in the mornings and only sometimes in the afternoon.

 

I had the Telematics Unit (TCU) replaced today by an Acura dealer and now I can operate the locks and lights from the app but I try the command start I get "Remote Command Failed - Engine malfunction. Please try again and if the problem persists, seer your dealer". Back to the dealer
