Hi All!

After spending time with my MDX, I notice that audio is synched with my phone. My max volume on my phone = max volume (40) on the car. My 21 Tlx does not do this, the audio on my phone and the car are separate. Anyone know how I can un sync the audio?? I really feel like I’m not getting the full experience of the ELS 3D Audio. It is functioning in the manner of a Bluetooth speaker. It also does this sometimes, the other day I was able to higher the volume on my
phone but my car audio was not raised. do I have a lemon?

 

After the initial BT "handshake", the final connection b/w wireless CP or AA is WiFi! Your audio should no longer be piped through Bluetooth!
Check in with your dealer on how to get this set up properly!

 

good morning brother. thanks for the response. i dont think i understand you fully? can you explain further? right now i factory rested my infotainment, and did not connect my car play. the audio sync is still continuing as to why i dont think i understand your response hope you can respond and explain further

 

What I was describing is generally what happens for a wireless CarPlay or Android Auto connection for any car manufacturer.

Sorry, I've never owned an Acura w/wireless CP/AA and my last Acura was a 2021 TLX. You are better off asking your dealer to help you with the setup if no one else from Acurazine chimes in!
