Folks,

when someone is calling me I can not hear it. I could only see the phone number on the display but no ringtone. Everything else works normally. My phone is Samsung Galaxy S3 if that matters. Normal connection through bluetooth. What could be the problem? How to fix it?

 

While playing music for instance it used to mute the music and ring so I could hear it. Not anymore. Now the only thing it does is to show on the display the phone number that is calling.

Thanks. Phone Audio is there, actually it is called Call Audio. But I can not see the Media Audio option there. Went to options but could not find it either. Any ideas how to make Media Audio show up?

 

It's seems you have an older or a skinned version of Android.

Can you try "forgetting" the Bluetooth connection between the car and phone?
Then re-pair it using the 5 digit passcode the phone generates
