well as you guys know my wife and I are probably gonna get Divorced. we were together a total of 3.5 years. It's not that I'm gay cause I love my wife and we have a wonderful 1 year old daughter together. but I just say "the hell with dating and getting married."
I'd say 80-85% of my "boys" are married. they seem happy. everything going great. but Derek he gets married everything goes fine the first year then It goes to hell.

Now everyone saying. why don't you get back with your wife? part of it's she's SUPER LAZY(i'm talking she drops our daughter off at my house and she has a rash because she doesn't change her after she "pees" for hours) She doesn't feed her usually the morning she brings her to me because Sierra ate like a horse when I fed her lunch. Plus she's stole a bunch of Sierra's clothes I bought with my money from my house. what happened was I bought them the week before I kicked Amy out(because she wasn't doing anything around the house) and I had the stuff hidden for Sierra's b-day now the clothes are gone and plus I called her up and she said she doesn't have them and has no clue where they are.(bull shit) if someone gonna break in are you gonna pass up cash setting on a dresser, enough tools in a barn to make a snap-on truck look like a toy, for infant clothes. plus there was no signs of forced entry(like broken windows, doors open,etc)

I don't know I'm just really confused with chicks.

 

plus I'm REALLY PISSED because she's trying to go after child support for me. and we do what's called "shared parenting." which means she has Sierra one week and I take her the next week. the parent that has her that week pays for whatever Sierra needs. (weither it be diapers,food,formula, outfits,trips to the doctor)
well I've been doing "okay." and she got fired from her teaching position(basically because she was Lazy and they told her to make up lesson plans and she wouldn't) she refused because ONCE AGAIN SHE'S LAZY. they said "you're fired." so now since i'm working on the farm and working in town and driving Semi she feels she get some of my money and do shared parenting.
so right now I have 2.5 jobs(between working in town full time,farming, and on the weekends I drive semi for dad and who ever needs grain hauled in the area) and she has NO JOB.
she's on welfare because when I kicked her out I cleaned out the bank account because she pissed me off. Keep in mind that night before I just finished a 2:30 pm to 2:30 am shift out at Botkins Grain and Feed, then I got home about 3:00 showered and got cleaned up went to bed about 3:30, got up at 6:30 ate breakfast and called the farmer telling him I was getting ready to leave to pick up some grain for him about at 7:00. I finished unloading the grain about at 11:15 I dropped the semi and trailer off at dad's barn at 11:45 and was home at noon.
I told her to do something while I was out driving that day. she refused to do it. she didn't even move off the sofa in the 5 hours I was gone.
plus I'd expect she'd have lunch going by noon. she hadn't even attempted to make lunch. . that's okay in the last 22 hours I worked proably 17 or 18 of them I'll do it

This divorce could be the best decision you've made thus far. You're starting your life over and have nothing but open space ahead to restart with knowledge gained from previous mistakes. Just make sure this woman doesnt take all your loot.

 

she's was REALLY REALLY pissed today. because we made the farm a corperation. I only own 1%(on the books)(even though I get a lot more return than 1%) mom owns 49% and dad owns 50%. so lately I've been pumping EVERY DAMN DIME i have into the farm. drainage(30 grand),next year's seed contracts(that's over 15 grand), I'm thinking about trading our little tractor for a new one, getting a new truck for dad and run it through the farm/corp,etc. anyhow the reason I've been doing this is I look "poor." I'd rather her get .5% of the farm(which comes out to 3 acres ) than over a million dollars. yes she'll get .5% of whatever everything worth but it won't total to I think over 30-35 grand.
the ground she'll be lucky to get 12 grand if she finds the perfect buyer and he doesn't talk her down.

as of this week she was not working. due to being "let go" at her old job. what I love is within that week. she's filed for welfare. I'm thinking damn did you blow every damn dollar while worked. Personally I have a 10 grand "oh sh!t" fund. basically if I would get fired or something major mess up on my cars or someone would break into the barn or house and clean me out. I got money to fix or make it right. If some thing happened with the Contour she's screwed.

 

 

it's funny since I kicked her out mom who watches Sierra when I work. said once when I dropped her off " You seem at more peace with yourself than when Amy was around." I said " I probably am." that's due to I'd have to ask her 5-6 times to do laundry. It gets old REAL FAST. when every damn day 5-6 times min. to do something i'd be lucky if she'd even if she'd do it. finally I said "if you don't care enough not only about the house but also about me and Sierra then get the hell out."
the thing was when she was living with me she had it nice. I mean we were getting ready to trade the Contour on a new CR-V SE. I was getting ready to pay off her student loan, she had 20 grand in jewelery, the house i have pretty nice(3000 square ft plus a 100 ft by 100 ft morton barn with a loft that while she was home I spent 75% of my time because she was lazy and pissed me off. )so she had a pretty good life. I really pissed her off with the last statement I told her. because she'd always make stupid comments under her breath when I'd ask her for the 4th or 5th time to do it.(like she'd say under her breath "slave driving asshole) I said "everything would have been fine if you would have kept your mouth shut and did what was expected of you." She said that was EXTREMELY rude and I don't treat her like an "equal." I said " I do treat you equal to me. but it sucks to tell tell someone time after time after time to do stuff and you don't give a damn." I tried being nice about 300 times that didn't work. I tried bitching about it doesn't work. so all I know to do is throw you out.

and I got to thinking you know firefighting and farming both dangerous occupations. I do both. if I get seriously injuried(to the point I can't take care of myself) I want someone who can take care of Sierra and myself. and I really don't think If I got bad she would. she'd either let me go or put me in a "old timers home" to let me go.

 

After all that I would just masterbate and do my own clothes!

 

however, I went to a graduation party(from H.S.) today. it's a family friend. I hadn't seen her in probably 7 or 8 years. HOLY SHIT was she hot. what 7 or 8 years does to a chick. she's going to where I graduated college. I could give her so many tips as far as "how not to get caught drunk in class", "what professors to take and not take, wheres the best places to park,etc but then I got to thinking she's 18 at the most 19. let her go she'll make a younger guy a great wife. She's a cheerleader, volleyball, some other misc stuff. Then I came home to my wonderful mess.

 

at the end I started to do my own clothes but it was about a month or 2 ago. and I was working 60 hours a wk at Botkins Feed and Grain, plus working on the farm plus driving truck on the weekends, plus taking care of the house because my wonderful wife had an incredible gravitional pull to the sofa.

 

I had her SOOOOOOO pissed today that I think if she could have shot laser beams with her eyes she would have at me. I told her "yep, I'm looking at a Z4 M."(even though I'm not it would be atleast 2 -3 years before I get a new one) She said "really?"(kind of shortly) I said "yep the dealer wants about 50 grand for a new one they are SWEET." she said "are you crazy to pay 50 grand for a car, when you got a daughter to put through college and I got 25 or 30 grand in student loans." I said "hey I was gonna pay it off but you messed up, that's not my fault." she said "you threw me out how is that not your fault." i said "if you would have done what I would have asked you to do and not have to ask you 300 times and not watch TV all the time and want to be Lazy you probably would have had your loan paid off. now since you acted like a fool it's your issue." she said "I acted like a fool? you're the one that threw me out." I said "look it's my money if I want to buy a 50 grand car it's my business. I don't care how you pay for your schooling and frankly I don't care if you don't as long as it doesn't affect #1. the farm and my property #2. my credit rating.

It was mutial when I came home that from driving truck that afternoon. I was pissed because she hadn't done anything. So i started to "rip her ass." and she said fine I'm leaving I said fine I'll help you pack your shit and get the f--k out. and pretty much since then she's been living down at her mom's apartment.(which is maybe(at the most) 1/3 the size of the house without the basement. so every other week I got a 3000 square foot house to myself. 3 bedroom and 3 bath plus the 1 bedroom and 1 bath out in the barn. her momma's apartment a little bigger than the barn's living quarters.there toward the end of the relationship I was pretty much lived in the barn because I was tired of asking and asking and asking her to do stuff. so I'd come home put up my car or the Odyseey go out into the barn work on the machinery or do farm stuff(like pay bills for the farm, get contracts for grain next year, spec tractors or semis dad asked me to) and get up shower in the barn shower and go to work. she knew I was home but I wasn't in the house. that kind of pissed her off. she said "why do you go always go out to the barn after work and not spend time with me." I said "do you want the truth or what you want to hear." she said "the truth." I said "because I'm tired of constantly telling you to do shit when I've told you 5 million times to do it and i'm working crazy hours and you don't give a damn. all you see is dollar figures." she didn't like that too much

 

I really dont want to sound like a downer but to echo everything that has been said about your relationship for the past few months...its going to suck going through everything but once its said and done with I think you will start to feel better about everything. Carry the upper hand and make sure you cover you ass with everything. In a year hopefully you will be telling us about some hot girl you are nailing without the headache

I said "exactly. so why should you tell me who pretty much on a daily basis is on the farm doing the farming how to spend the farm's money. that about makes as much sense as going into a business that you work at at the most 2 days a year and raising hell because they bought a new computer and printer. if they want to do it let them do it. Unless you're paying for it, you have nothing in it. Last when I checked Amy you own 0% of DeWeese Farms corp. so you have 'no' say. pretty much what dad and I say 'goes' if you want to kick in probably atleast 10 million dollars to buy controlling ownership then feel free, I'll take the money but I know you're bank account you're not even close to that."

A few dozen of these type of trips should establish some type of pattern that a decent lawyer could use to help get you custody. Let other people see how ravenous she is when you feed her - if she's eating like crazy with you and somehow still not putting on weight appropriately, that means teh wifey isn't really feeding her every other week - more legal ammo. Prescription refills lasting longer than they should? Guess someone isn't giving her medicine as it is prescribed. You get the picture - if the wife isn't taking care of her in any way you need to be able to document it - well.
Always, ALWAYS be the "bigger man" and don't let your emotions trick you into saying/doing something stupid that she could use - you never know if she might be recording shit. sunday night update:
okay so me and my "boys" went out. So we went out to a bar/grill. and this bar KNOWN for having hot chicks. the bartender is crazy hot. I talked with her for about 20 minutes. she's only 20 though. a little young for me.

 

I'm not trying to brag but I have over 10 million dollars in assests. in land, crops,machinery, future contracts, some in cash, property(houses).
all my friends ask me "dude why do you work? why don't i slowly sell off land and machinery and live off that. Farming is something even if you make decent money at you don't just quit unless you're seriously injuried or seriously sick(like cancer), when 5 of my previous generations did it until they either died or damn close to dieing it's kind of in the blood. another reason I farm is it creates a good bond with dad and I. because his dad and him did and grandpa and his dad did it. so it's good time(most of the time ) we spend together. The only way I'd sell the farm is if something like that land developer would came in like they did with dad. he got 10 grand an acre. the most the land was really worth was 4500 bucks an acre. Dad didn't want to sell but the land developer said "name your price sir."(dad thought the guy was playing around) so dad jokingly said "10 grand an acre."(thinking this guy would laugh about it) he said "alright you want 10 grand you got it. I'll send over a check on money with paperwork and we'll finalize it. I looked at the guy then looked at dad. I said to dad "is he stupid enough to give us 10 grand an acre for bare ground. we just made money like crazy.

 

Unless you have ~ $9.5M in debt I'm calling on the $10M figure. Sorry Water, but I don't believe 500 acres can be worth that much - even with all the equipment. And the furtures contracts should only be hedging the value of what you produce. Anyway you should invest heavily in Mexican labor and spare yourself the hardship of working the farm on your own.

My brother is dating some slut who's 2 years older than ME (my brother's only 19), and she has a 4 year old kid.
