Looking at rota torques, the 18'' size. I know I should get the emotions, but I'm a broke college student. I'm wondering if the offset that is available to the 18'' size will clear the brakes on the 6MT TL. Thank you

Rota Torque 5x114.3 18x8.5" +48
Rota Torque 5x100 18 x 8 +48

Preferably I wanna run the 18x8.5. I'll probably need spacers correct?

I think you will need spacers. The 18x8.5 +48 is the only one you can run cuz of the bolt pattern.

That offset is too high.

Also, just my , but don't go for Rota's.

broke but want to buy new wheels....i guess if your a fan of replica wheels..i know for a fact x7.5 +48 is a hairline from hitting caliper. So 8+48 will be close to caliper, 6mm from touching.

yeah! cause im tired of looking at my ugly wheels that are really beat up lol. so it wont have a chance of clearing without spacers right?

no I said it will clear the caliper. the distance from the caliper and inner spoke of the wheel will be about 6mm. the wheel design also makes a differnce. work emotion style rims have a concave spoke.
