This whole Bersaglio thing is becoming a mission..

Hopefully ValueTL can help explain a few things..
I tried to PM...
Anyways maybe you can clear some things for me..
I've done my homework and called a bunch of people regarding bersaglio, only one person said they're for lamborghinis..
1)Where are you getting them(rims) from, considering there asian..I was under the impression that customs are very strict on allowing things to enter the states.
2)Im sure theres no warranty, but I want a guarantee that they look exactly like the pic..
3)Has any1 in this site bought rims from you??, I would love to see a pic on a TL, and not a pic from the site, it almost looks rigged if you look at it closer..
4)I presume you have your own store, so if this is the case, im ready to buy..
I'm not trying to be abrupt, but when i send anything over 2k, i like to make sure im getting the right purchase..thanks..

I think Shawn S in the Cl forum bought bersaglios from valuetl. He has a picture of the actual wheel still in the box. Go check it out...it does look good!

I have never bought anything from valuetl, but a lot of people do buy from him, from wheels to other JDM accessories, and I have never heard of anyone having complaints about him, just compliments.

My best friend that's also on this board, Ken2000ac has spent PLENTY of money with ValueTL (Mike, I believe). I haven't personally done business with him, but Ken bought an assortment of parts for his bodykit (check his sig, it's all detailed in there). All the parts got to Raleigh in one piece and in a fairly decent time considering they were coming from Japan to here!! I know Mike kept him updated throughout the entire shipping process as well. Ken can tell you more than I can, but I would definitely purchase parts from him if he had what I needed. Excellent businassman as best I see!!!

I'm interested to see how this turns out since I am planning to get some parts from ValueTL too.

Devious Shawn will have his Bersaglio's on Monday. We will post pics on the CL board and maybe hear. This the first car I fitted the Bersaglio's on. Customs is not a problem for wheels, tires is another story. Whoever told you that Bersaglio's only fit lambo's is nuts Try take a look at Bersaglio's website. They have pics of the wheels on many Japanese luxury cars. Check here :
http://www.bersaglio.co.jp/catalog/catalog-inx.htm I would never sell any cheap copies or knockoff's and I understand your concern dropping major $$$$. If you get these wheels I guarantee you will love them.

In my experience, it's rare to find a vendor/company that does business well. So, when I find one that does, I gladly share with all my friends who to go to for prompt and excellent service.

I COMPLETELY understand your heisitance to order anything over the internet or with someone you've never met. But look at me...over $10K spent for this TL and not a dime of it went to someone I know.

Value did me right. I ordered an array of body kit parts from his store in Hawaii. Not only did he get it to me promptly (as prompt as you can get it from Tokyo to Raleigh, NC), but he did it with concern, personal service, and many updates. I gladly received all the updates he gave me...every time he heard something new, I heard about it that day. Nothing short of excellent. Over $2200 spent too...hell i've even asked question after question, and he was always patient and happy to answer until i completely understood...and I really appreciated that.

Turns out that I had already ordered my wheels over a month before I contacted him to do business. The company I bought from is a repeat purchase, and I've been happy with them entirely. However, if given the chance, I would go with Mike on another set of wheels.

I'm a happy customer and I just like showing appreciation for a job well done.

Mike,

You’re not making me feel REAL confidant about this.

UPDATE:
Wife just called me at work and UPS dropped off the RIMS at the house.
I will be “test fitting” them on the car tonight.
Fingers are crossed that they work.

Tires don’t get installed until tomorrow so I won’t be totally positive I am in the clear until then.

I will post pictures of the RIMS without tires on tonight.

They cost me 2400 shipped and took about 3-weeks to arrive.

Two thumbs up to Mike (ValueTL) for putting up with my MANY E-Mails and phone calls to Hawaii bugging him for shipping updates.

Mike is checking on the Lowenhart center caps for me.

Dunno dude. But here is what I was told by my service rep after I asked if he had a delivery date.

No, they don't give specific delivery dates. Special Order wheels will come along with the regular container shipment that goes directly to the importer. The importer tells us approximately 60 days. They usually get shipments every 30-45 days days and the time that it takes to get your wheels constructed, packed and ready to go will most likely follow that schedule. So hang in there...there's nothing you or I can do to make the wheels come in any faster so don't stress yourself. :-)

So there you have it. Thanks for your interest.

Tires are getting mounted on them as we speak.

Man what is Lowenhart thinking. No wonder their wheels are so much. These guys were trying to tell the chrome center caps are $175 EACH :wow: So far $50 is the lowest.

Whoah, that is pretty steep. I guess all in all, @ $175 a cap, I would have paid more for the Spoke IIs and Lowenhart Centerpieces combo. At $50 bucks a pop, it would have been a bit cheaper to go the Spoke II / Lowenhart Centerpiece route, and I would have gotten them sooner. Ohh well, can't win 'em all. At least I don't regret my purchase as much now.

Hey Shawn S. Do you think the Bersalagio center caps would match the gold trim a bit better? Just a thought.

Yea, I think they look pretty good.
After hearing the prices of the “L” caps from Mike, I think mine look REALLY good.

Pardon the photos of my dirty car, but it was dark and raining on the way home and the car and wheels are FILTHY.
I figured with all the requests I had for them, you would like to see photos anyway.

Wheels are Bersaglio Spoke II w/ 3D Chrome finish 18x7.5 wide +48 offset.
Tires are Falken Azenis ST-115 size 225/40ZR18

The fitment seems fine and there are no signs of rubbing.

Keep the FOUR WHEEL DRIVE jokes to a minimum.
My Comptech SPRINGS & SWAYS get installed on Saturday.

Man too bad the weather is sh!!77 At least you can get some wet road testing in. Glad everything worked out OK. I'm thinking you should have gold bolts on your wheels to match your logo's and wheel caps??

I was going to ask you about those GOLD bolts when I saw them on the Website, but was afraid to ask the price adder.
These suckers alone were a bit over my original RIM/TIRE budget, but I’m really glad I got them.
Plus it probably would have delayed the shipping even further then what it was.

I promise more pictures of a CLEAN car after the SPRINGS/SWAYS get installed on Saturday.

Thanks again Mike.
