Wheels/Tires Install

HI everyone.

I was just curious, where do you guys recommend me going for installing new wheels and tires?

Thanks,
Francis

I go to Costco... because ::usually:: they'll install tires for members free of cost as a member service and they'll even balance them for free too.

I'll third Discount Tire for all of the reasons already stated.

There's a couple members from the SD area, Lembowski & datmrman. Send them a PM and they could possibly recommend someplace local.

I am from san Diego and I would second the vote for either Discount Tire, or Costco if you are a member. They will spin balance all tires with each rotation no charge.

At costco or discount tire, do you need to purchase the tires from them, or can you bring in a set of wheels and tires, and they will mount the tires on the wheels, balance and install on the car? (I would call but they are now closed and won't open till monday) thanks in advance.

I purchased my wheels from RJSD and my tires from Edge Racing...took them to Discount Tire to get them mounted and balanced...they had no problem with doing it. They did mention that they can get almost any tire and will match online pricing, so chances are, in the future, I will save the trouble and get my tires there.
