Buy a Sport Compact Car magazine, look in their ad's...There's a crap-load of companies that sell wheels...

P.S. I sure hope you're not planning on putting cheap wheels on a TL!

for $600 bucks i wouldnt even bother. you'll end up with cheaplooking and cheaply built wheels. your stock wheels will look nicer.
you paid 30k for a car and you want to put on $150 wheels? it'll be obvious to you and everyone else who sees your car.
i would suggest saving your pennies and wait. i would start with a budget around $1000/set. it'll be much more worth the wait. its all about pride of ownership isn't it?
good luck.
if you insist on staying at $600, i would agree with Shoofn. look at any of the import magazines. there's a lot of companies and retailers that offer less-expensive knock-off wheels. or maybe someone wants to sell their stock Type-S 17's for around that much if they intend on getting 18's or 19's.
