As some know, I am in a serious toss up and dilema with a few options regarding some body design but mainly wheels.
First I want to list the 2 options I have for the body.

Body OPTION #1 ~ As it stands, I have a 2006 NBP TL w/ASPEC front lip, TL-S tail lights, TL-S Deck Lip, ATLP V1 Roof Wing & the front grille painted NBP and trunk badging removed (with the exception of both frt/rear "A" left alone.) First opt. for body is this ^ listed... currently as it stands and just going to the shop for a few touch up and short cuts corrected & done right.

Body OPTION #2 ~ FLAT/MATTE or SEMI-MATTE BLACK: Grille, Hood, Roof, BOTH wings listed above & Trunk. *everything else stock NBP*

Wheel Options #1 w/All MURDERED OUT NBP:

1.) Some random chosen style and design in a 19x8.5 & 19x9.5 (or there abouts) staggard fitment

2.) XXR Black Chromium 18x8.75 +20 offset on all 4

3.) OEM A-SPEC Black Chrome 18s.

Wheel Option #2 w/FLAT/MATTE BLACK 2 TONE PAINTED TOP & TRIM:

1.) XXR Black Chromium or FLAT/MATTE BLACK 18x8.75 +20 offset on all 4

2.) OEM A-SPEC Black Chrome 18s.

... That's what I have in mind fellas... Any help, comments and opinions are MORE THEN WELCOME! Thanks to all.

EXAMPLE of 19s I have been watching:

EXAMPLE of BOTH finishes described above on the XXR wheels:

idk man, i don't think anyone cares much for your self loathing thread about what wheels you should get.

just get whatever you want. it's your car, not ours. who cares what we think?

I don't see any suspension mods mentioned anywhere so until you sort that out, I wouldn't be getting 19s, or even low offset wide 18s. And not to mention doing the flat black skunk look. Until I am proven wrong with pictures, I think that will look like shit.

SHARKBREATH, Oh...my fault... I thought I was posting in a helpful community of member who share the same passion likes...or dislikes. Normally, ppl are so quick to express negativity...rather then assisting a fellow member when one is in a process of a project of hos own. Imo, loathing would be if I was tossing up the choice of wheels in the range of $5-8k block... example scants, volk, vip modular...etc and so on... sorry for ask and trying to get a general discussion and opinions going here.

On that note... yes. I decided to play safe and just stick with what I already know looks good and keep it all NBP murdered out. As for suspension...my fault I should have mentioned all I am doing is a set of TEIN SS Springs...on their way. Thanks Moron

I don't know if you are trying to insult me there with the moron remark when i provided a legit opinion. And if you are insulting people like that, don't expect to get much help around here. Good to know that you are getting the suspension done. I would go with staggered 19s then, like those axis you showed. I was lowered on springs too and had 19" axis as well so i I love that look. I would only do 18s if I was slammed on coils.

This is true... But still in the OEM STOCK realm... But we will see how all the cards play out... So far 1 decision has been made... ALL MURDERED OUT IN NBP with all the trims as listed... No FLAT/MATTE finish on the body. Staying within the touch of class.

OK fellas... Against my wifes liking to what looks "PRETTY"... These are my new wheels... AXIS "Power" 19x9.5 +40 all 4 corners MATTE CHARCOAL/Grey finish.
https://acurazine.com/forums/car-parts-sale-361/axis-power-wheels-19x9-5-40-2-sets-hyper-silver-graphite-821981/

There is a guy who has this same set up and I love how sexy, SINISTER and MEAN! it looks but with still functionality. Sorta reminds me of ROCKSTAR143 with his Black on Black style... But instead of doing the flat hood, roof, trunk design I had in mind, I will go with the same inspiartion on some wheels...So I pulled the trigger. STILL MORE TO COME!

didnt know about it...But prolly not. I would def like my car to be ready first. I beleive all will be installed and rolling in approx. 2-3weeks. My springs (TEIN SS) will be here Monday and my car is going to the paint & body shop tomorrow and p/u Tuesday. I just rec;d my OEM VISORS Yesterday (ack05tl) so I need to install those also. Then my wheels will be here sometime next week and the search begins for tires.....................all this with wife 3mo prego and 2 kids and work schedule starting at 3am...
