Wheel clearance help

What's up guys, need some help, I have a 06 TL 6spd. I purchased a set of 20x8.5 Kr12 katana wheels with a +35mm offset. I want to purchase some 225 35 20 tires and I wondering if anyone tried a similar setup and if so, did they have any rubbing issues in the rear. I'm not planning on doing any kind of drop, but I don't want to go with the recommended 30 profile tire because where I live the road eat cars. One more question, does anyone know if the stock tire pressure sensors will fit in after market wheels, I want to install them in the rims so that my dashboard won't light up saying check the sensors. Thanks for the help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Not entirely sure about the rubbing issue, but with respect to your TPMS question, if your rims are TMPS compatible there should be no problem. I purchased oem TPMS sensors for my aftermarket wheels and had no problem. Actually, the onboard computer wasnt registering them at first. They should synch up on their own, but mine didnt. Some people say to pull the fuse, wait a tad, put it back in and cruise for a while. In my case, a door sensor was broke and left my dome light on, killing the battery...but when I jumped my car the sensors were working. How bout that!

You shouldnt have this problem though if you are taking the sensors off of your stock wheels and are transferring them to the new ones.

If you do need to unhook your battery DONT FORGET RADIO CODE!!!

Thanks for the info. I'll check with the rim manufacturer if they are tpms compatible.

I just put 20 inch TSW and 255/30/20 and it sits perfectly..Fits flush with the body and the tires are meaty enough..GO WITH that set up and i do have the 1 inch drop with the eibach springs and Koni yellow shock/strut set up
