Hi all ..... long time lurker since I bought my 05 in 08.
Found a set of Varrstoen ES2 19x9.5 15mm offset, in a 235/35. I am awaiting deliver of new Koni Yellows and the Eibach ProKit springs next week, and getting them installed.
I am a bit lost as to whether these rims would be a good match? Sounds like they would be way too wide? Stay away?
Or when I install the suspension, should I be thinking about something there? Go light on the drop? Been wondering what perch to mount the Koni's and now I am thinking if I bought these rims that could change things. I have not ordered a camber kit.
Original plan was to do the drop on my stockie rims until I found a set of 18x8 Aspec's, but these Varrstoen rims showed up locally, and I love the look of matte black on an SSM.
Cheers!

Ok guys and gals.Back at this again. Looking at getting set of SSR SP3's ordered. I see the specs here to get the most "FLUSH" look but of course these 3 piece wheels are very specific in the offsets. Here's my spec's I'm thinking about based on bforbrian's spec's:
FRONTS- 19X9" (+19)
REARS- 19X10" (+24) or (+37 and use 5-7mm spacer) or
19X10.5" (+43)
Thoughts???

Does your TL have the Brembos in the front? If yes, you might be able to get away with medium disk (MD) around.
CandlestickPark's G35 sedan was able to get away with a normal disc (NR) for his Wilwoods. But I think Wilwoods run smaller than Brembos. Please do your research to confrim this.

Go with Medium disc if you are 100% sure it will clear the Brembos for more lippage.
Go with a 19x9.5 rim width for the fronts so you can stretch a 225/35 on there so your speedo will be more accurate. Also you can also go down a tire size if needed to 215/35 for more stretch. You can't do that with a 19x9 rim.
For the fronts I would go 19x9.5+25 HP (clears Brembos 100%) or 19x9.5+22 MD (if this clears the Brembos).
For the rears go with 19x10+24 SL or 19x10.5+30 SL. I personally prefer 19x10 because I see no reason to go with a 245/35 in the rear for our TLs.
19x9.5 and 19x10.5 combo will be easier to sell later on though compared to 19x9.5 and 19x10. This is just my 2 cents though.

Hey guys I have a few questions. Would Vossen CV3 19x10 +38 all around fit with 235/35/19 all around while still achieving flush or slight poke? Or would I need to do 19x10 +38 front and 19x10 +20 rear? I will be lowered on bags and also would I need front & rear camber kit?
