Fitment wise, no.
Part numbers on '07 TL-S MT v AT are the exact same except the front spring. Might be slightly different because of weight differences.

"Fitment wise, no", please clarify. I read that they all 2004-2008 Acura TL Suspension are swappable but I phoned the dealership and they said no. Now I am not sure.
I am looking to buy a 2007-2008 Acura TL Type S Sport Suspension to put on my 2005 Acura TL with the Dynamic package.
Anyone know for sure and I mean for sure as in they have done the swap before and there is no problems interchanging the suspensions? Also, does anyone know how much the Type S Sport Suspension will lower my car further?
The 2007-2008 type s sport suspension will be new for a 6 speed manual transmission to be swapped into my 2005 6 speed with the dynamic package.
Thank you for everyones help in advance!

Hey, I am not sure I quite understand your response.

So you are correct - all 2004 - 2008 are "swap-able". No fitment issues - they are all the same size, with the same bolt/mount points, etc.
BUT, there are some model differences in shock damping and/or spring rates. Partly for more/less sporty feeling, partly for weight.
If you are MT, I would suggest you get the TL-S parts for an MT TL-S.
OR, consider the A-Spec suspension, which is supposed to be just a little better handling than Type-S Stock and will ride 0.75" lower.

So I went to Acura the guy at the parts counter told me that there was only a 2007-2008 "non type s" and "type s" sport suspension. Basically telling me that the "type s" sport suspension is the "a spec" suspension you were referring to. The "a spec" models were basically a kit for the previous years(2004-2006)? Now I don't know if I should buy the 2007-2008 "type s" sport suspension unless it really is the "a spec" suspension you were referring to.
