TPMS reseal kit or straps??

Hey gang, I was reading through a thread and heard when switching wheels and transfering the tpms we need a reseal kit or clamps-brackets? Can someone please tell me what this is and where to find or should a decent tire shop carry such a thing? Im about to slap on some new rims on my 07 TL-S and does anyone know if we can do without the tpms, is there a way to deactivate or will our comp go nuts without them?

No way to deactivate the system. Some aftermarket wheels will accept the TPMS sensors, so just switching them over will be fine.

This might help:
