TPMS question

Got a question about my oem TPMS sensors....I am thinking about getting a-spec rims so I was wondering if my oem sensors from my tl-s wheels are a direct bolt on to the a-spec rims? Given that a-spec rims are oem, I would assume it fits oem sensors? And also, would I need any extra parts like replacement nuts/washers?

^Thanks! one more question, do the aspec rims have the different cutout on the rim to show that its tpms compatible? reason I ask is that the 04-05 and 06 base TL rims are different for that reason.

Just a pre-caution, you might want to get new rubber seals for the TPMS sensors.
