Tokico "blues" installation question

Got a set of Tokico blues and plan on re-using my stock springs.
Do I swap all parts from the old strut onto the new?
I just ordered the rubber mount that sits between the spring and top mount. Hopefully everything else is a direct swap.

thanks

By rubber mount, I'm guessing you're talking about the top hats. If yours aren't in bad shape, you can reuse those.

Yes, you just swap everything over from your shocks to the new ones. Except for the new hardware that comes with the new shocks (spacers, stuff like that), this will replace old hardware.

update: will be using Tein H tech springs instead of oem.

I'll just put the new ones together to make removing and installing the new ones easier.

So you're going to "build" new top hats?

Oh, well that's kind of what I meant; although I was thinking in terms of buying the parts and assembling them as opposed to a 'kit' like Marcus or Josh have been selling.

Wasn't aware they were selling a kit.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll definitely search for it. Will save me time as I need the " rear kit 2x "

thanks again
