titanium strut bar front rear sway
Hey guys don't know if this is true haha
I ordered the sway bar front and rear and the titanium tower bar and it is on order and on the way to my house so let see if it is really for the 04TL
Cause i was worry if it is true and my dealer say comptech still have not update their website....
ps: so let see what happen when it came i will post pix when it is arrive thanks

Let us know if the 2nd generation TL strut bar fits the 3rd gen.

A chassis that is not stiff requires a stiffer suspension setup to maintain the same level of handling as a stiffer chassis with a softer setup. That's because the less stiff chassis will bend and cause unintended and undesired suspension geometry changes during extremely aggressive driving. Our TLs also have 2 cross members behind the rear seats that help with this. That's why we don't have fold down rear seats. Hope this helps.

just because the bar is hollow doesnt mean its not functioning. It doesnt have to be SOLID to work. The purpose of the bar is to make sure the is no flex in the body between the 2 strut points.
A hollow bar is perfect for that job.
You want the car to be stiff but not too stiff. Especially on rainy / snow days you want the body to flex.
